These tools have been developed to help employers in the forest industry create and implement effective policies and programs to deal with alcohol and drug impairment in their workplace.

3) Alcohol and Drugs: Canadian Policy Development - This document provides information on Canadian policy development process and components to effectively prevent workplace alcohol and drug problems.

4) Fitness for Duty Program Template - The following template has been provided by CannAmm Occupational Testing Services (www.cannamm.com). CannAmm provides occupational testing and consulting services regarding fit for duty best practices. Please note, although this template has been extensively reviewed by multiple legal firms spanning all Canadian jurisdiction, this template is to serve as a starting point, and CannAmm always recommends legal review before finalizing a policy as the legal landscape frequently shifts.
