Worker Assessments

Completing individual worker assessments is an important part of a successful and safe business. A one-on-one assessment of each worker is necessary to make sure they don't have any gaps in the knowledge, skills and attributes needed to do their jobs safely and productively.

BC Forest Safety has worked with industry to develop competency based standards, training and assessment tools to help employers assess their workers and complete on-the-job training. View the video below for more information.
