Forest Safety News - 2018-12

Volume 5, Issue 6

Here is the latest Forest Safety News, December 2018 edition (pdf format, 20 pages).

Apology to Forest Safety News mail subscribers

Due to a human error at our printers, the December 2018 edition was not received by 800 subscribers in December and another 799 copies were mailed to old mail addresses. The balance of the 7,500 mail-out copies were delivered as they should be to the right people and addresses. After determining the error the printers reprinted 800 copies at their expense and mailed them to those subscribers. Delivery should be completed by or before the middle of January. On behalf of our printers, the editor of Forest Safety News, and the BC Forest Safety Council, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We sincerely regret the error. Please be assured we take these matters very seriously and a new system has been implemented to ensure this error cannot happen again. If you have any follow-up questions, or concerns, please email editor@bcforestsafe.org or call toll free 1-877-741-1060.

Survey deadline extended

To also ensure that all subscribers have the same opportunity to complete the survey included in the December edition, the deadline for completion has been extended to January 31, 2019
