Mobile Equipment-Pedestrian Interface Safety

According to statistics in North America, mobile equipment-pedestrian interface is a high risk activity, that when not properly managed, puts people at risk. Studies in the US from 2007 to 2015, have found that every three to four days, someone dies in a forklift-related incident.

MAG, with additional input and support from Canfor, has developed a set of tools to benefit all workplaces where there is mobile equipment-pedestrian interface workspaces. These tools and documents may be used and tailored by any company to best meet their specific operational safety needs.
